I founded schnell.digital in Augsburg in 2017. As a software developer, I had seen too often how digitalization projects in mid-sized companies fail at the same points: planned too complex, too far removed from practice, left alone too early.

Since 2020, we've focused on AI-powered process automation, because that's where we see the biggest lever: recurring tasks that slow teams down can be almost fully automated with the right solutions.

What drives me is the moment a system goes live and a team realizes it really works in their day-to-day.
