AI in your company: four packages where someone stays on board
Many AI initiatives stall after the first attempt, usually because nobody is around anymore when the first questions come in from the departments. That is why every package includes fixed sessions across the entire term. At a fixed price, with a scope of services described in writing.

Sessions scheduled within 5 business days
The sessions
All four hours, all remote, no technical background needed. The training in the entry package is a fixed format. The three workshops are individual — their agenda emerges from your processes.
AI basics and areas of use Training · 4 h
- What AI can do today in a company like yours and where the limits are
- How to recognize a suitable task — and an unsuitable one
- What using AI requires: data, approvals, ownership in your company
Evaluate and prioritize use cases Workshop · 4 h
- Beforehand, we capture your workflows based on your documents and a preliminary call
- In the session: triggers, steps, systems involved, exceptions, volumes
- Evaluation, sequencing and classification into the classes
Set up governance and compliance Workshop · 4 h
- Who decides on AI use, who approves, who gets informed about errors
- Deployer obligations under the EU AI Act for your specific use, with the required evidence
- Data protection and logging, plus the approval process for new automations
Enable internal multipliers Workshop · 4 h
- Your multipliers describe and maintain automations in the AI Kit themselves going forward
- When an automation is adjusted in-house and when it goes back to us
- Handling questions and reservations in the departments
The documents
Five documents that build on each other. Each one emerges from working on your processes.
Baseline assessment with evaluated use cases
An assessment of your company by data availability, systems, process maturity, existing knowledge and decision paths. Plus the captured use cases with a first evaluation and three initiatives we advise against.
Why it matters: the basis for the internal decision on whether and where to start.
AI roadmap with effort and sequence
For each use case: today's process, the feasibility matched against the supported interfaces, the estimated effort, the class and the recommended sequence.
Why it matters: the document you use to request budget internally. It keeps its value even if the implementation happens elsewhere.
Operations handbook for day-to-day use
For each use case: what triggers the automation, which data it uses, what it produces and where a human approves. Plus owners, the procedure for wrong results and the line between what can be changed in-house and what requires consultation.
Why it matters: so the automations are carried in daily work and do not stall at the first uncertainty.
Governance and compliance guide
Roles and approval concept, register of the automations in use with data flows and owners, deployer obligations under the EU AI Act with evidence, data protection and logging, reporting path for incorrect results. Plus text modules for your internal policies.
Why it matters: the document your data protection officer will ask for, and the one you can rely on in customer audits and tenders.
Guide for your internal multipliers
Instructions for describing and adjusting automations in the AI Kit, a capture template for new use cases from the departments, and a decision aid on what your people adjust themselves and what goes to us.
Why it matters: so you capture new use cases yourself going forward.
What an implemented use case includes
Almost every automation draws on your company knowledge. The effort is therefore determined by where that knowledge comes from: files on record or a source that changes continuously. Which class your use case falls into is stated in the AI roadmap before implementation begins.
| Class A · Knowledge on file | Class B · Connected knowledge | Class C · Custom | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What the automation does | Classify and route incoming cases and answer questions based on stored documents | The same, but always working with the current state of a live source | Generate extensive documents or reach deep into your systems |
| Where the knowledge comes from | From files we prepare and store once: policies, manuals, price lists | From a connected source: network drive, website, database | From grown data sets that first need to be analyzed |
| What we need for it | A supported standard interface and an agreed set of documents | Additionally, access to the source, clarified permissions and an owner for its maintenance | A custom integration or analysis |
| The same example in three classes | The HR assistant answers from the works agreements we stored | The same assistant reads directly from your HR directory | Quote generation from catalog, pricing logic and customer history |
| Availability | in Packages L and XL | Package XL only, one use case included there | on request |
If Package L shows that your use case goes beyond class A, you have the choice: switch to the next class A use case from your roadmap at no extra cost, or switch to Package XL with the €9,500 already paid fully credited.

Three things that make the difference
Credited when you upgrade
If you book a larger package within 6 weeks of the training, we credit the full €950.
Scope described in writing
You know in advance how many use cases we will work on and which class each falls into. Each one includes a test run on five real cases from your daily business.
Governed and documented
In Package XL, we document with your leadership team who decides, who approves and how errors are handled. This produces the governance and compliance guide.
Not sure which package fits?
In a free intro call we will look together at where your company stands — and which package is the right one for you.
All prices in EUR, net, plus statutory VAT. Delivery is remote.
The license for the schnell.digital AI Kit is not included in the package prices and is agreed separately.
Included use cases correspond to class A and are connected to the standard interfaces supported by the AI Kit. Class B use cases are exclusively included in Package XL. Class C initiatives and additional use cases beyond the included number are agreed separately.
All services are provided as professional services. What is committed is the described scope: number and class of the use cases worked on, number and duration of the sessions, and the documents. Success beyond that is not part of the service.
Review sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
Information on BAFA funding is non-binding and does not replace an assessment by the granting authority. Content on governance and compliance provides professional orientation and does not replace legal advice.
